Many people make variety of food. There is food need long time to cooking it and there is also fast food. No less to choose buy a fast food because it's more practical and don't have to bother. Exactly if you always consume the fast food that not good to health.

Firstly, the fast food can makes the people have big body and high cholesterol. It was occured because the people always eat the fast food but their seldom to do exercise. So fat in our body does not burn, so just pile up in our body and it can be big body.

Secondly, the fast food does not have many nutrient needed by the body. Because the fast food contains calories, fat and high salt that can harm your health. Moreover the fast food use preservative for perishable food. Of content owned fast food, it can caus various diseases.

Third, the fast food prices so expensive. If the people often buy the fast food everyday because their lazy to cook something. So it can increases families' economic expenditure.

There are reasons that so many badness from eat the fast food. It's not good to our body and health. The fast food containt hazardous substances, it can cause various diseases. Moreover the fast food prices it's so expensive, it can increases families' economic expenditure. So the better we always eat processed food itself which has many nutrients needed by our body. That is more beneficial to the our health and live.
